Because I use a 3rd party payroll to pay my teachers, I record their logged hours and delete the ones that I've paid them for so that I don't have to scroll so much or accidentally log one twice. It would be great to have the ability to select multiple time stamps and delete them all at once, or even better, to ARCHIVE the hours so I can still go back and see them later if needed.
You can do this. You can 'process through' for the pay period. Then in reports, there are 4 payroll reports where you should be able to get any information you need later.
