waiting list edits

All dancers on a waiting list-

• would love to see if they are in other classes right there on the waiting list page

• would love to be able to rearrange kids on the waiting list accordingly

• would love to be able to make notes, i.e. contacted, emailed, waiting longer, skip, etc., right there on the waiting list
