Once You "Approve"/ Submit timecards...... Report Available

Once You "Approve"/ Submit timecards...... Could you make the Payroll Detial report available for all that you submitted. I currently have to go in and print each teacher individually. It could also be saved as a single file for that payroll period in addition the the individual ones? Just print one file instead of all of the staff. Thanks
