Allow multiple "groups" to be emailed at once

Sometimes I need to send the same email out to multiple groups at once (for example, dancers going to 2 different competitions). It would be helpful to be able to select multiple student, parent and class groups at once so that the information goes out to all of the correct people at the same time, and so that each email address only receives the information once if they happen to be a part of multiple groups.
