Tasks and Assigned date

When a tasks is assigned to a staff member, it needs to automate the date it was assigned. When I, as an employee, receive a text that I have been assigned a task, I do not know what task was just assigned and have to deduct from the list of already assigned tasks. If it had the date the task was assigned it would be much easier to know what was added to my tasks list.
