A way to add a discount to costume fees

At our studio we do two fundraisers to help with the cost of costumes. It would be nice to be able to add a discount to costume fees, so that parents know how the fundraiser has helped them and at the same time, help me keep track of who's paid, what cost of the comestume is and what was actually paid.
