New Discount - Override all previous discounts

Please include the option to apply a discount that overrides all other family or multiclass discounts. For example, the student is granted a 50% scholarship to all classes. By allowing the override the 50% would not be applied on top of existing discounts. At the present time this would apply the 50% discount in addition to other discounts making the total discount 60% or more. Please see image below for where this check box could be added.
