My parents find their statements way too confusing and I have to agree with them. When a payment is applied to a fee, it should clearly state that in the same line. Either by having fees and payments be in the same line. Or by showing the remaining amount like it does in the studio portal. My parents want to quickly open and their app and see "I owe $50 for costumes" and not to sift through their statements to figure to out.
