Keep appointment calendar on last date scheduled

When in week view, after saving an appointment for a future date (beyond the week being viewed), the calendar resets to the current week. You then have to navigate back to the future week/date you need to schedule additional appointments. This is really annoying if you have several appointments to schedule in the same future week/date.
