We keep getting parents registering full class/term when they want a trial class as the text under the class that says trial is confusing with the check box.
Parents keep checking the box beside the class and then pressing the trial class link thinking they are registering for the trial class. Or even worse is they don't press the trial class text and just proceed to register for the full term because they think that class is marked as "trial" already, then they complete all the registration only to realise that they have a few hundred dollar balance instead of the trial class only rate. Can we somehow make this more clear so our admin doesn't need to reverse the transaction all the time.
I have literally emailed DSP 5 mins ago about this, suggesting that the trial button appears the same way a Drop In/Enrol button would.
Having a link in the same font & size as the main text with no underline just doesn't seem to be a clickable link to the majority of people.
I had come here to say exactly the same as above. Despite writing clear instructions on how to schedule a trial wjich appear at the top of the 'register for classes ' page, we get so many parents doing exactly this and I am constantly having to send detailed instructions on what they are doing wrong.
