We update our waivers every year or when a new class pops up. Current setting requires parents to log in and "reapprove" the waiver and I find a lot of parents just ignore the reminders as they find it annoying to have to login, find the waiver and approve it again so they don't complete it so its a lot of admin to keep chasing. Would be great if there was a function to allow us to send an email and parents can click accept from the email. Another option is there is a set time after we email them, then if they don't accept they will get an email that by continueing to enrol, the system will auto accept the waiver for them and time stamp the email or waiver.
