Chat window should auto-open and scroll to the newest message.

When a parent or teacher/studio admin opens chat, the chat sidebar pane should auto-open, and selected message threads should auto-scroll to the newest message versus the parent (not always very tech-savvy) having to know to open the menu and scroll down to find the info.
