Manage Calendar & Studio TIme

I see the system has a class calendar that shows all scheduled classes. I was hoping there was a way to share the calendar with teachers and allow them access to add extra rehearsals. For example we never have scheduled events on Saturday afternoons and I tell teachers they could do extra rehearsals with a solo or something then. But all of a sudden we'll have 3 sets of people wanting to use the 2 studios so one has to wait. Wondering if the system could helps us manage this. Something like a Google calendar where a teacher could add her rehearsal time so the rest of us could see she is planning on using a studio then. Then we would know to work around that rehearsal without having to touch base with every teacher of when they are using the space.
