Automatically capture lead information and create a parent/student account for ease of registration

I use capture forms in my website to receive new leads. A great time saving feature would be to automatically create an inactive parent/student account whenever a new form submission is received. This would save time for office managers/front desk when registering and dealing with high volumes of inquiries and registrations, as well as help automate the process.
