Prompt to verify if want to send another class suggestions email or class confirmation email

When you send a class suggestion or class confirmation email, a prompt flashes on the screen but the form remains active. This is confusing and the only way to tell if it really was sent is to go into History.

It would be nice if there was some sort of check to let parents know they already sent a suggestions/confirmation email, like "You already sent [class suggestions or class confirmations] to this parent. Send again?"
