Email log to see what was sent and what they responded

I use team snap as a separate communication device. I did this before joining you. Ummm I went to the help center to find out how to read my sent emails and it gave me nothing. Could you possibly add a communication option that lets you go back and read what was said so you can show parents if they said you did something different?
