A lot of times we just need to adjust a students schedule or move them up/down a level. They arent necessarily dropping the class because they are dropping out. They are just making a schedule change. The way the system works now, if I drop that student it affects our drop rate and the drop repoort. When really, in the system, it should be a lateral move. Please help :)
I hope this is in a near future release. We have students that start in a class and may move up in the first two weeks once we assess them again after summer session. it seems silly to have to drop in order to swap a class.
agreed and also when they change if it's before the semester starts, it shouldn't keep a record of them on the attendance roster
Yesssss!!! Please add this feature! We have students that move up twice/year and that feature would be really helpful with more accurate retention tracking.
