Failed Payment Notices/Late Fees for Payment Plans

Hi there,

This program desperately needs the functionality of automatically sending Late/Failed Payment Notices and Applying Late Fees to dancer Payment Plans. I know this function exists when applying/using payment Due Dates, but there are many many schools who are not using Due Dates because Due Dates are VOLUNTARY.

Our school, like many, sets up a payment plan for our dancers and uses AutoPay/Payment Plans to have those transactions processed. However if a payment is unsuccessful, we are left with manually running a report, then manually sending out emails individually to each account along with manually applying late fees to each account (then manually charging the late fee should we ever hope to acquire that money). Surely you understand how much work this is for a decent sized studio, especially when this function is automatic on many other platforms.

Please please please create this functionality.

At the very least can we not have a pre-made auto response email for failed Payment Plan Payments that auto-populates the Dancer Name, Payment Memo, Amount/Date?

Please work on this because we like DSP but its small/huge things like this that make us want to shop around.

    Through a dialogue with DSP, it looks like a failed payment email is sent but only the first time (and unfortunately doesn't show up on individual account history making it hard to confirm if it's been done or not, maybe b/c it's sent as a bulk email?). For any failed payments after that, the parents have to be manually informed by the admin. We echo Janelle above and would love those suggestions to be accommodated. Thank you.
