I have tried "Leads & Prospects" before but the feature seems to be missing some important data collecting fields that has kept me from using it. I would really LOVE to use it if stored more data so I can easily market to specific age of students.
1 Referral - would be nice to have a field to list who they were referred by as we like to send a "Thank You" to our referrals.
2 Parent Name - Would like to collect this upfront, so if we convert to an Active Student, we can easily set up the Parent at the same time. Basically, would like both Student Name and Parent Name as entry fields.
3 Report - Currently when this information is exported to excel it does NOT include the DOB. This is crucial to have in the report and excel spreadsheet because without knowing the age of the student I can't use this for any marketing contact campaign. I would like to see ALL the data exported to excel.

Leads & Prospects.. currently there is no way to track the Leads with any sort of lead funneling or reminders to follow up, etc. We also would love to be able to at least email the Leads through DSP like we can do to our Active Students.
I thought that Leads and Prospects would be a method to follow up on people that created an account to view available classes, but didn't enroll. It would be wonderful if this follow up could be done inside of DSP instead of exporting it to an outside email service provider and then having to work between the two. When they create an account, we already have their information in DSP so it would make sense to continue with the outreach through that platform. Thank you!
