Ability to change the costume size ordered for a student in the costume console

In the cosume console, you can mark which costumes are ordered, but you can 't indicate if you ordered a different size than the robo sizer recommended. It would be nice to have an additional column that could indicate if a different size was ordered, and update the totals at the bottom.
