Ideas Portal
Parents aren’t currently seeing their full schedule on their portal to include private lessons they have booked. It would be so beneficial and make the My Schedule home page feature on the app make more sense to also include their private lessons.
I think this would limit no shows or “missed” appointments greatly!
I have just had this conversation with a parent today! As it is the summer break the dancer only has one class shown on the schedule however in reality they are booked to come in every day this week for private lessons. Please add the private lessons to the schedule on the Portal!
