Adding a Teacher Access Only for videos

Hi,

An idea came across my mind today. We have a spot to share videos on the parent portal. It would be nice to have a place to share videos that would be for teachers only like ongoing training videos we have purchased and would like in one spot. Currently we use playlists from our YouTube and share the link, but emailed share only links can be deleted on accident which then has to be resent if they remember that there are videos to watch. We use Rhee Gold and want to be able to share in one spot that allows the teachers access at any time along with any PDFs.

    That is too many extra steps then just sharing a video from a phone.  You have to got to youtube, convert/upload, save, copy link, and pray they do not block the sound even though we pay SESAC and ASCAP annual fees.  Keeping it simple works best.

    You can share those Youtube playlists in the Studio Cloud and then only share with Teachers. Please reach out to DSP Support if you need more assistance :)
