Remove "No-Class Dates" Classes from Class Dashboard Report

If we log a "No-Class Date" for a class, then when we run the Class Dashboard report for the same date, then we SHOULD NOT see that class on that date's report. Currently, we still see it. This causes confusion, and we end up chasing teachers to fill in attendance for a class that didn't happen, and it wastes everyone's time.
