My program's License agreement requires me NOT to charge separately for the materials an the tuition. Both, the home materials and the classes are a part of one experience that the program offers. However, many students are joining and or dropping at a various times, so it makes it hard to prorate each student manually. Also,in many cases it is more preferable to the parents to know one grand total for the simplicity of the payment process.
