Currently our time card hours are reflected in decimal format. Is there a way to change this to hour/minute format? Quick books does hour minute and employees question accuracy when they see 6.25 hours on their time card and 6:15 minutes on their paycheck. I am looking for a time card option that will show them the 6:15 so that it matches.
I would like to be able to enter the hour and minutes and whether it is am or pm instead of having to scroll down and click the time for am or pm. Sometimes we work later than the hours on the timeclock and have to adjust our times. We need to be able to work past 11:55 pm and into the night without changing our times. During recital season or when we are updating the studio we work until about 1:00 am. The current clock does not allow you to properly input your accurate hours worked.
