Let the system choose from students for assistants instead of creating staff profiles for them

Often dance studios use older students as assistants in their younger classes instead of teachers or other staff members. Many times this is a volunteer position or leadership opportunity for the assistant instead of being a paid job, and they don't have any reason to have access to the management software, so having a separate staff listing for them is unnecessary beyond them being on the email list for class announcements.

It would be nice if on the staff member page the assistants could be chosen from a list of current students. (It would also be helpful if you could then select if the assistant is participating in the recital with them for costume ordering purposes.)
