Right now to send an email to a single parent or family, I have to be on the main parent screen, select that parent, and then select send emails to the group of parents. It would be helpful if one of the options in the parent menu could be to email a specific parent or the whole account without having to navigate back out to the main parent screen.
You can email a parent directly from their Parent Page! Go to their Parent Summary page > scroll down to the Email field > click on the envelop symbol next to their email address to email just that parent!
