When someone goes in to log hours, have a customizable list of classifications that we can expense the hours to such as teaching, administration, recital, cleaning, assisting, privates, etc. Then if they are logging time for certain classifications such as teaching or assisting, indicate those classifications require a class connected to it. Then they must select the class they are logging the time for. If the class they are logging time for does not have a completed attendance, don't allow them to log time. Allow us to set whether the time logged for a class must not be longer than the scheduled time the class runs or if we allow extra time, how much. Then provide a report by week listing each class each day and who has logged time for which classes so we don't have 4 teachers logging time for the same class when only 2 should be teaching that class on any given day. The teacher or assistant logging time for a class must be assigned to that class so that they can see enrollment and take attendance. This would require a longer list of possible teachers for a class potentially.
