Can you please make the field (in the create account screen and add student screen) for Phone number - Mobile number and make this a locked format so they can only enter +61________ and make phone number 2 (home number if different from above)
it is time consuming to manually change and if you dont parents are going crazy about not getting information via sms
Agreed- but this change should be for any international location. The software is too USA centric at the moment and needs to acknowledge other countries - especially as the SMS's are sent from a USA number. Every month I have to go in and do a change on student and parent cell numbers to add the international dialing prefix. Very time consuming and should be unnecessary- most ERP /CRM software packages will have an international dialing prefix built in.
