We should add to enrolment dashboard a retention report to sort for unique student loss and total enrolment loss by time period so you can see your retention value at a glance. To calculate your retention value by any period month (churn rate or class loss) two reporting features to get the info: More-Reports-students-student class changes(filter for either “only those with drops” for class spot loss or “only for those dropping all classes” for unique students lost). Then your enrolment dashboard with a 1st of the month report range for either unique students or total enrolment.
