It will be useful so we do not over book classes. Often times there are a couple of kids that get approved to make up classes. The second admin comes in and gets a call for a trial. When she clicks on "classes". She can see enrollment size and trials count and waitlist. If we are under max size she books the trial or even enrolls a student, not realizing there is a make-up in the class. So now we are over booked. We have to go to reports and print out a daily report for make-ups or go to Ipad class manager and see if there are make ups. I feel like it could simplified if a head count shows up in the column. I love clicking on the word "trial" in that column and seeing who it is, I love clicking the word "wait list" and seeing who it is, and I love clicking on the word "class is full" to check who the students are. But finding out who is making up is always a hunt...especially for my not so computer saavy administrators.
Yes! I would love for there to be a tab when you click into the specific class. Or maybe even a way to see all trials, students, absences and make ups in one spot (I don't even know the logistics of that), so we can see the whole picture for a specific date.
Definitely need makeups to show in the class settings and be included in the class count! It's so hard to find the makeup s as have to go to the report or into ipad class manager.
