Deadline for Sizes (lock option)

I would love an option to give a deadline date to lock sizes (t-shirt sizes, costume sizes, etc.). This way parents cannot change sizes after a certain date, giving me the opportunity to order costumes and parents cannot later change the sizes after items have been ordered.
