Parents Input Measurements and Robo-Sizer

I would love if there was a setting where parents can input their dancer's measurements into the portal. Also if they could access the robo-sizer for their dancer and it can give a pop-up if they decide to pick a size that goes against the robo-sizer options that is just a disclaimer that they are choosing a non-suggested size and will have to pay shipping fees and or alteration fees.
