It would be super helpful to have Drop-Ins listed below the Scheduled Trials under the Enrollment tab. This way we can clearly see how many students are attending on any given day without checking the drop-in tab separately each day.This way we can easily see the number enrolled, trialing and drop-in within the same box. This Drop-In count should be a link which brings you to the Drop-In page which should clearly state who is dropping in on which day without having to click the number next to their name for each and every drop in.
We just used the drop in only option, but we just accidentally canceled the class due to no enrolled students showing. How do we quickly see drop in students (besides the iPad class manager which is the quickest) on the Active Class page or if there is a way to add as well as the "Enrollment" column to add an "Enrollment Drop-In" column feature on the active class list page. We also need these drop ins to be included in class size enrollment, so we do not over book a class. Please guide me to this information if it is available. We love this option as adding masterclasses and allowing enrollment for these classes messes up our base tuition fees, so I have to manually go in and check everyone's tuition to make sure they are billed the correct tuition which takes a long time.
