Being able to have several different fees

We have several fees: leotard fee, performance fee, and a new student registration fee. I separate the age groups by season to make it easier for parents to find the correct class for their student, so it would be great to have 1 fee that charges to all students, regardless of season. It would also be amazing if we could easily check which students are new.
