Ideas Portal
I have a mature adults dance program of: Beginner Ballet, Hip-Hop, African, Salsa, The Hustle. New Adult students get turned off of registering on the portal when they see the words "Parent Portal". Can you consider calling it something more age neutral? Like Accout Portal, or Dancer's Portal?
YES!!!
Student Portal makes more sense. Cause even if a parent is doing it, it's still on behalf of the student.
FYI, we talked to DSP on the phone and they were able to change it on their end for us so ours no longer says Parent Portal. It's now just an account or a registration portal. So, it's possible to do but only on their end so you have to talk to someone who can change it for you.
