Staff Report Showing Title of Pay Rate

It would be useful to include on Staff Payroll Reports the title of the rate (substitute, teacher, assistant, etc.) rather than just listing the pay rate. At our studio, teachers are paid the same whether they are the main teacher or substituting and it would be helpful to see the difference within the report.
