Add the word 'Monthly' to the word 'Fee' on the Fee column heading on the registration page.

I would like the word 'Monthly' added to the word 'Fee' on the column heading on the registration page. Alternatively, it would be good to have alpha characters allowed in the field, i.e. "$75/mo". This would clarify that the amount listed is a monthly charge and not for the entire season.
