For marketing purposes, I would LOVE to be able to require this question so that I can know where to put my marketing money moving forward!

    YES!! This one DRIVES ME crazy! It was my complaint every since we started using the system. I changed systems for a year because I couldn't handle all the extra work we put into tracking down complete addresses.
