In the event of a system shutdown or hackers shutting down the website, it would be nice to periodically be able to transfer client information(phone numbers, addresses, email) to an offline hard drive.
Check out the help center and search for the "backup" article to get the links to download backed up files of your DSP account which you can add anywhere you would like!
