Show fees due on front parent portal

Students who have enrolled and abandonned their cart and not paid show zero fees due and constanly ask us how to pay. Its hidden in the Register Link - put it on the front page of the protal so they can see it. If they abandon the cart there should be a follow up eamil to them, currently there is none and no way to do it. This is a mess come peeps your the best but this has been a problem for many years:)
