Cut Off Time for Drop Ins

Our drop in classes, can I set a limit say registration for the next class is open until 12 hours before the class, or something like that, for someone paying the drop in or trial option? We had someone register this morning, for a class this morning, and of course, we missed it as we do not check for registrations every few minutes, just to help us plan and not miss anyone.
