Include waitlisted class by student name.

When searching for a student that is not enrolled it should show which wiatlist they are on just as it shows enrolled student's classes. If a student creates and account but doesn't enroll I have to search all the waitlists to find out if they are on one. It should just be listed with that student's info.

    It would be really helpful to be able to run a report on students on a waitlist.
