A choice on sign up between Parent and Adult Student

When an adult is registering for himself, we have the option to tick the box that this person is also a student, but if we do that then his Summary with informational is not full fill, especially when there is not date of birth then he cant choose any class and i have to pass manually his info. It would be better if at first the person can chooce if he is an adult student or Parent, if he is an Adult student then it should go directly to the student form and then the system to full fill automatically the parental information as it will be the same as the students one.
