Online Store Improvement

Online store has some mistakes by my opinion,

1) We should be able to cancel an order, 2) once the order is places and the customer press bill to my account then is happening a transaction already as a payment in Profit Pro in section Online Store Sales, how is possible is happening a payment transaction without an actual payment, then when the person pays and i go to the account to do the manual payment then is happening a second transaction in Profit Pro under the section Posted Transactions (Tuition & fees). So in order to balance the payment i should delete the transaction from the account of the customer but then in their history payments its not written the payment. So this should be fixed, once the order is placed and the person is pressing bill to my account it shouldnt be happening already the payment transaction as he didnt pay yet. 3) It should be quantity of products by size. 4) In products and services, in the list of the products it should be visible the picture of the product because if i have 30 dance skirts for example, in order to know which one is it i should open one by one. So next to barcode should be the picture.
