Send statements to parents with a balance & not enrolled in autopay

I send my statements from the parent action page. I need the checking functions to filter more than once. What I am saying is, I want to send statements to those with a balance who are not enrolled in autopay. But, I can't seem to filter both of those. I either have to send statements to everyone with a balance (including those on autopay which elicits a lot of questions), or to those who aren't on autopay (which will then send statements to everyone in my database not enrolled in autopay, including past customers with no balance, eliciting more questions). I hope this makes sense. I need to be able to checkmark those with a balance, & then those not enrolled in autopay
