Dates/Headings on the top of PRINTED Attendance Sheets pages 2, 3, 4,.... Not only page 1

We are new to using DSP and until the teachers feel comfortable taking attendance we wanted to print off their roll sheets. But pages 2, 3, and on don't have a heading for the teacher, so I have to write on 120 classes with multiple pages the date for 10 weeks.
