DSP Chat Feature - please allow employees to access the chat feature from our DSP apps

We absolutely love the DSP chat add for DSP Premier - however, parents can now access the chat feature from their DSP Portal app and I cannot access their messages from my DSP Portal app or my DSP app. It is wonderful that contacting us has been made so much easier for our clients, but I would like to be able to respond to them quickly via an app as well versus having to wait to answer on my computer or having to log in on the internet tab on my phone.
