WDSP_TV more user friendly

I would like to see more options here. We're currently looking into OptiSigns where we can feature other local business, add music/photos that change, fit to dimensions of our display and also possibly display a live feed. I think there is more to be done here with this options, we haven't had updates in a few years as evidenced by its lack of presence in the dropdown menu, so i picked Settings
