We send out a birthday post card to all kids with birthdays each month. We currently have to write out their names and mailing address. Could you create a report that I can run that will give me the Kids name and Mailing address for all students with a birthday in a selected month.
We do the same. There is a report available! When in the student page, click on the hyperlink for More at the top of the page (underneath student actions). A drop down appears. The first item on the list is "Click all with a birthday in ...". Select the birthday month. Once the dancers have been selected, click on the drop down next to Student Actions. Click on Send Selected Students to... Click on the excel button at the bottom of the page. From there, you can select what fields you want exported to excel.
